He’s obviously got his tactical abilities too, and we’re learning from him every day. He’s always challenging us on that side and giving the lads the confidence to go and express themselves.“He’s very demanding but in a way that all the lads are responding to him. But the biggest thing is that you have to believe you can achieve something and that’s something he’s trying to give to us as players.“Football can change so quickly. We won the league and then finished seventh the next season.“So it’s very difficult to predict what’s going to happen. But we’ve got great owners who are backing the club in a tremendous way.
